Verse 9.21
ते तं भुक्त्वा स्वर्गलोकं विशालं क्षीणे पुण्ये मर्त्यलोकं विशन्ति। एव त्रयीधर्ममनुप्रपन्ना गतागतं कामकामा लभन्ते।।9.21।।
te taṁ bhuktvā swarga-lokaṁ viśhālaṁ kṣhīṇe puṇye martya-lokaṁ viśhanti evaṁ trayī-dharmam anuprapannā gatāgataṁ kāma-kāmā labhante
Meaning
After partying in the heavenly realm, they get sent back to Earth when their good vibes run out. It's a total loop, following the three Vedas, always chasing the next thing. It's the ultimate cycle of life and death.

Okay, so like, when their good karma runs out, they're sent back to Earth. It's a whole vibe of being stuck in this cycle of reincarnation. No escape. Following the rules of the three Vedas is like, their whole thing, and they're always chasing that next high. It's a never-ending loop of heaven and Earth. No chill.
