Verse 7.25

नाहं प्रकाशः सर्वस्य योगमायासमावृतः। मूढोऽयं नाभिजानाति लोको मामजमव्ययम्।।7.25।।

nāhaṁ prakāśhaḥ sarvasya yoga-māyā-samāvṛitaḥ mūḍho ’yaṁ nābhijānāti loko mām ajam avyayam

Meaning

I'm not all up in everyone's face, no cap. My Yoga-Maya's got me low-key. This whole world's clueless; they don't know the GOAT, the one who's always been here and will always be.

Commentary

Bro, I'm not, like, *totally* obvious to everyone, ya know? My Yoga-Maya's got me all veiled up. This whole world is tripping, they can't even see me—the OG, the unborn, the indestructible. It's only the chosen few, my ride-or-dies, the ones who are *all in* on me, who get it. The rest are too busy being brainwashed by the three Gunas and all that duality stuff, totally blocked by this whole universe thing—it's all a manifestation of Nature's powers, my Yoga-Maya, my creative illusion. It's a total mind-f*** for normies. They can't even see the Lord who's totally in control of Maya. Yoga-Maya is the combo of Nature's three powers. This illusion, this veil? That's Yoga-Maya. Regular people are totally mind-controlled by the illusion created by the three powers. So, no way they can know the Lord—the one who's always been here and will always be. The Lord is totally in control of Yoga-Maya. Isvara is the one who's running the show with Maya. So, Maya can't mess with *his* knowledge, just like a magician isn't fooled by their own tricks. The illusion that traps regular people? Doesn't even phase the Lord, who's got Maya on a leash. (See VII.13, IX.5, X.7, XI.8)
