jitātmanaḥ praśhāntasya paramātmā samāhitaḥ śhītoṣhṇa-sukha-duḥkheṣhu tathā mānāpamānayoḥ
Meaning
For real, a self-controlled and chill person's inner self stays balanced through thick and thin – hot or cold, good vibes or bad vibes, popular or not. It's all the same to them.
Commentary
Yo, the chill yogi who's totally centered in themselves stays balanced no matter what – heat or cold, pleasure or pain, clout or no clout. It's all the same to them. When they've mastered their senses and their mind is all zen, they're not phased by anything. They've let go of the need to chase stuff, and that's when their true self shines. They're self-realized, always serene, unbothered by the ups and downs, and totally unbreakable.
