Meaning
You gotta lift yourself up, fam. Don't bring yourself down. Only you are your own friend and your own enemy.
Commentary
Bro, you gotta level up yourself, no cap. Don't let yourself get dragged down. Real talk, you're your own bestie and your own worst enemy. Like, seriously, yoga is key. Discipline your mind and senses. Become a total yogi boss. Shine bright, don't get stuck in the endless cycle of reincarnation. Don't be a basic materialistic person. Don't be a slave to lust, greed, and anger. Rise above the drama, become divine, and achieve god-level status. You are your own hype man and your own hater. Those so-called friends? Not real friends. They're clingy, waste your time, and block your yoga journey. They're selfish and only care about what they can get from you. If they don't get what they want, they ditch you. So, they're actually your enemies. If you're attached to friends because you're delusional or just love them too much, that's gonna keep you stuck in the cycle of life and death. Friends and enemies aren't real people; they're just in your head. Your mind creates friends and enemies. So, your self is your own best friend and your own worst enemy. Your lower mind is your enemy because it keeps you trapped, and your higher mind is your friend because it helps you reach enlightenment.
