śhrī bhagavān uvācha asanśhayaṁ mahā-bāho mano durnigrahaṁ chalam abhyāsena tu kaunteya vairāgyeṇa cha gṛihyate

Meaning

The OG Lord said, "No cap, Arjuna, your mind is, like, *super* restless and hard to control. But, fr, with practice and letting go of the drama, you can totally chill it."

Commentary

Yo, so like, tryna chill your mind? It's, like, *really* hard, right? It's all over the place. But, fam, if you, like, *actually* put in the work – constantly meditating on your goals, you know, that's the "practice." And, like, you gotta let go of all the materialistic crap – that's the "dispassion." It's about focusing on the good stuff, not getting caught up in the bad vibes. Keep it 100, you gotta train your brain to see the fleeting nature of worldly stuff and find joy in the eternal, you know? It's a journey, but you'll get there.
