Verse 6.3

आरुरुक्षोर्मुनेर्योगं कर्म कारणमुच्यते। योगारूढस्य तस्यैव शमः कारणमुच्यते।।6.3।।

ārurukṣhor muner yogaṁ karma kāraṇam uchyate yogārūḍhasya tasyaiva śhamaḥ kāraṇam uchyate

Meaning

For a yogi tryna level up, actions are key. But for a yogi who's already maxed out? Inaction is the way.

Commentary

Okay, so like, for a dude who's tryna, like, *actually* achieve Yoga, but can't chill and meditate for, like, ever, doing stuff is, like, the only way. It's, like, a total mind cleanse, ya know? It preps you for that deep meditation. But for the peeps who've already *reached* Yoga? It's all about the opposite. It's about, like, total chill mode, zero action. The less you do, the more your mind is, like, *actually* at peace, and the easier it is to, like, *become one* with the universe. It's, like, the ultimate flex.
