Meaning
Whatever's got your mind all scattered and stressed, yo, just pull it back. Focus on your inner self, that's the only thing that matters.
Commentary
Yo, so Krishna's dropping some serious knowledge here on how to chill your mind. It's like, your mind's a bull, constantly tryna bolt for the nearest juicy distractions. You gotta keep reeling it back in, again and again, to your center, your 'Lakshya.' Think of it like this: if you keep feeding that bull prime snacks – like, the ultimate bliss of your inner self – it ain't gonna stray. Same with your mind. Feed it that good-good self-love and concentration, and it'll stay put. All that sensory overload? It's just noise, man. See through the illusion, understand what's real and what's not, and get that self-love flowing. Once you're vibing with your inner self, you'll be way less tempted by all the superficial stuff.
