Verse 6.18

यदा विनियतं चित्तमात्मन्येवावतिष्ठते। निःस्पृहः सर्वकामेभ्यो युक्त इत्युच्यते तदा।।6.18।।

yadā viniyataṁ chittam ātmanyevāvatiṣhṭhate niḥspṛihaḥ sarva-kāmebhyo yukta ityuchyate tadā

Meaning

When your mind is, like, totally zen and only focused on the Self, no cap, and you're not even thirsty for any material stuff, then, like, you're one with everything. No more FOMO.

Okay, so like, a perfectly controlled mind is, like, totally focused, right?
