Verse 6.11
शुचौ देशे प्रतिष्ठाप्य स्थिरमासनमात्मनः। नात्युच्छ्रितं नातिनीचं चैलाजिनकुशोत्तरम्।।6.11।।
śhuchau deśhe pratiṣhṭhāpya sthiram āsanam ātmanaḥ nātyuchchhritaṁ nāti-nīchaṁ chailājina-kuśhottaram
Meaning
Bet. Find a clean spot, set up your meditation station. Your seat? Comfy, not too high, not too low. Layer it up: cloth, skin, kusha grass. It's lit.
Commentary
Yo, Krishna's droppin' some serious knowledge on the perfect meditation setup. Verse 13 goes deeper into the pose, but this verse is all about the vibe. First, lay down some kusha grass, then throw a deerskin or tigerskin on top, and finally, a fresh white cloth. Find a clean spot, like by a river, or just, like, *clean* your spot. No cap.
