Meaning
Yo, yogis gotta keep their minds steady, like, all the time. Solo vibes only, total control over body and mind, no cap. Zero hope, zero greed.
Commentary
Okay, so like, the Yogi vibe is all about, like, total chill in a secluded spot, no cap. It's about, like, zero distractions, you know? No hopes, no wants, just pure focus. If you're a total homebody, you can still do this, like, in your room or somewhere peaceful. But it's gotta be consistent, not just a few mins here and there. It's about that self-realization, you know? Hopes and wants are, like, total mind-clutter. They're the enemies of peace and self-knowledge. Keep your stuff minimal, only what you need. If you're all about that Pratyahara, Sama, and Dama (sense withdrawal, mind control, body control), you can find peace anywhere, even in a crowded place. But if you're not in control, even a cave won't help. A disciplined Yogi is chill anywhere. A passionate person who's not in control? They're just daydreaming. If you're all about that minimalist life, zero attachments, and you're serious about liberation, then a cave is your jam. You gotta have control over your body before you meditate. Aparigraha is about not being attached to stuff. God or Mother Nature provides, so don't stress. If you're a family person and want to meditate, don't just cut ties. Do it gradually. If you're weak-willed, take some time to chill and focus on Japa and meditation. If you're retired, you can go full-on hermit mode for years. Then, share your wisdom. How do you test your sense control in the middle of nowhere? After you've leveled up, go back to society. But don't check your progress every second, you know?
