Verse 6.1

Meaning

The OG Lord said: If you do your thing without caring about the clout, you're a Sannyasi and a Yogi. It's not about being a total slacker and doing absolutely nothing.

Commentary

Okay, so like, Agnihotra and all that stuff? If you do it without tripping over yourself about what you'll get out of it, that's how you purify your mind and get to that next level of meditation. 'Karyam Karma'? That's your main gig, your responsibilities. 'Niragnih'? That's about ditching the daily rituals, the fire ceremonies. 'Akriya'? That means no more stressing over good deeds, like building shelters or whatever. 'Sannyasi'? That's someone who doesn't sweat the results. 'Yogi'? That's someone with a chill mind. But, like, don't get it twisted. Just because you skip some stuff doesn't make you a total Sannyasi or Yogi. It's about the real deal, not just faking it.
