Meaning

No cap, block out all the external vibes, and focus your gaze between your eyebrows. Feel that breath, in and out, movin' through your nostrils. It's all about that breath control.

Commentary

Yo, verses 27 and 28 are all about that Dhyana yoga, that meditation life. External stuff, like sounds and other senses? Nah, fam, gotta shut that noise out. Your senses are the doorways to your mind; block 'em off. Focus your gaze between your eyebrows – keeps your eyes locked in, steady. And breathe, rhythmically, like, in and out, in and out. Get that breath flowin' and your mind will chill tf out. It's all about that mind-body harmony, that perfect vibe. (Check out VI.10-14 and VIII.10 for more deets)
