Verse 4.8

परित्राणाय साधूनां विनाशाय च दुष्कृताम्। धर्मसंस्थापनार्थाय संभवामि युगे युगे।।4.8।।

paritrāṇāya sādhūnāṁ vināśhāya cha duṣhkṛitām dharma-sansthāpanārthāya sambhavāmi yuge yuge

Meaning

I'm born in every age, like, to protect the good guys, destroy the baddies, and, you know, establish what's right. No cap.

Commentary

Like, the good peeps? The ones who are totally righteous, using their lives to help others, no selfishness, lust, or greed, and totally into spiritual vibes? Yeah, those are the *sadhunam*. Then there's the *dushkritam*, the total opposite. They're all about breaking the rules, being vain and dishonest, greedy AF, hurting others, stealing stuff, and committing major crimes. It's a whole other level of messed up.
