Verse 4.30

अपरे नियताहाराः प्राणान्प्राणेषु जुह्वति। सर्वेऽप्येते यज्ञविदो यज्ञक्षपितकल्मषाः।।4.30।।

apare niyatāhārāḥ prāṇān prāṇeṣu juhvati sarve py 'ete yajña-vido yajña-kṣapita-kalmaṣāḥ

Meaning

Some other people, they're all about that controlled diet life, offering up their breaths, like, one at a time. These peeps are total sacrifice pros, their bad vibes are, like, *gone* because of all the sacrifices they're doing.

Commentary

Okay, so 'Niyataharah' means peeps who are, like, *really* strict with their diets. They only eat, like, a moderate amount of food. By being all disciplined with their food, they, like, totally control their cravings and stuff by, like, making their body less likely to want to do stuff. Yogis are, like, *totally* into this, they're sacrificing their breaths, like, one breath at a time. It's all about merging their breaths into this controlled breathing thing. Doing this sacrifice is, like, *super* purifying for your mind and, like, totally destroys all your bad karma.
