Meaning
Others sacrifice the exhale into the inhale, and the inhale into the exhale, completely shutting down the flow of both, lowkey obsessed with breath control.
Commentary
Some yogis are all about inhaling, others are exhaling fiends, and some hold their breath like it's nobody's business. The five little pranas and all the other pranas? They merge into the main prana through breath control. When you control your prana, your mind chills tf out and becomes steady. Your senses get lowkey muted and merge into the prana. Prana's vibes keep your mind and senses going. If you control prana, your mind, intellect, and senses are straight up donezo.
