Verse 4.26
श्रोत्रादीनीन्द्रियाण्यन्ये संयमाग्निषु जुह्वति। शब्दादीन्विषयानन्य इन्द्रियाग्निषु जुह्वति।।4.26।।
śhrotrādīnīndriyāṇyanye sanyamāgniṣhu juhvati śhabdādīn viṣhayānanya indriyāgniṣhu juhvati
Meaning
Some peeps sacrifice their hearing and other senses, like, totally restraining them. Others sacrifice sounds and other sensory stuff by, like, only using their senses for pure things.
Commentary
Some yogis are all about sensory restriction. They, like, totally keep their senses in check, guided by their inner selves, and avoid any contact with, like, anything that's gonna tempt them. It's a total sacrifice, you know? Others are all about directing their senses towards pure, unproblematic stuff. That's a sacrifice too.
