Verse 4.17

कर्मणो ह्यपि बोद्धव्यं बोद्धव्यं च विकर्मणः। अकर्मणश्च बोद्धव्यं गहना कर्मणो गतिः।।4.17।।

karmaṇo hyapi boddhavyaṁ boddhavyaṁ cha vikarmaṇaḥ akarmaṇaśh cha boddhavyaṁ gahanā karmaṇo gatiḥ

Meaning

For real, you gotta know the tea on what the scriptures say is the right way to act, what's totally sus, and what's up with doing absolutely nothing. It's, like, a total brain-bender.

Commentary
