Verse 4.15

एवं ज्ञात्वा कृतं कर्म पूर्वैरपि मुमुक्षुभिः। कुरु कर्मैव तस्मात्त्वं पूर्वैः पूर्वतरं कृतम्।।4.15।।

evaṁ jñātvā kṛitaṁ karma pūrvair api mumukṣhubhiḥ kuru karmaiva tasmāttvaṁ pūrvaiḥ pūrvataraṁ kṛitam

Meaning

Okay, so like, the ancient freedom fighters knew this, and they still did their thing. So, yeah, you do you, just like they did, way back when.

Commentary

Yo, so like, you know that the Self is, like, totally chill with not getting hung up on results, right? And that, like, no one's gonna get dragged down if they're all, like, 'no ego, no attachment, no expecting anything'? So, do your thing. If you're feeling sus, do stuff to, like, cleanse your aura. If you've already got that Self-knowledge, then, like, go make the world a better place. Back in the day, OG's like Janaka were all about that action. So, yeah, get on it.
