Verse 4.13

चातुर्वर्ण्यं मया सृष्टं गुणकर्मविभागशः। तस्य कर्तारमपि मां विद्ध्यकर्तारमव्ययम्।।4.13।।

chātur-varṇyaṁ mayā sṛiṣhṭaṁ guṇa-karma-vibhāgaśhaḥ tasya kartāram api māṁ viddhyakartāram avyayam

Meaning

I created the four main groups based on their vibes and what they do. But, like, don't @ me, I'm not responsible for the drama. I'm the ultimate chill dude, unchanging and above it all.

Commentary

Okay, so like, the four main groups of people? Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras? Totally created based on their vibes and what they do. Even though the OG, the Lord, made this system, it's not like *he's* personally responsible for all the drama. He's above all that, unchanging and chill. It's all about the energy (gunas) and the actions (karma). Brahmins are all about the good vibes, super chill and pure. Kshatriyas are the go-getters, all about power and leadership. Vaishyas are the hustlers, focused on business and stuff. Shudras are more about supporting the other groups. It's all about the balance, fam. If everyone does their thing, society is lit. But if not? Total chaos. It's all about the energy, not the Lord himself.
