Verse 3.8

नियतं कुरु कर्म त्वं कर्म ज्यायो ह्यकर्मणः। शरीरयात्रापि च ते न प्रसिद्ध्येदकर्मणः।।3.8।।

niyataṁ kuru karma tvaṁ karma jyāyo hyakarmaṇaḥ śharīra-yātrāpi cha te na prasiddhyed akarmaṇaḥ

Meaning

Do your chores, fam, 'cause action beats inaction any day. Even staying alive is impossible without doing something.

Commentary

Bro, like, your duty's a must-do, no cap. Doing stuff is way better than doing nothing, even keeping yourself alive is impossible without doing something. No way you can just chill and exist.
