Verse 3.11

देवान्भावयतानेन ते देवा भावयन्तु वः। परस्परं भावयन्तः श्रेयः परमवाप्स्यथ।।3.11।।

devān bhāvayatānena te devā bhāvayantu vaḥ parasparaṁ bhāvayantaḥ śhreyaḥ param avāpsyatha

Meaning

Bet. Feed the gods, and they'll feed you back. It's a whole mutual-benefit thing, and you'll achieve ultimate greatness.

Commentary

Yo, "Deva" means like, the ultimate glow-up, right? So, this whole sacrifice thing? It's like, you're feeding the gods, peeps like Indra. And guess what? They're gonna hook you up with the rain and all that good stuff. The highest good? That's about achieving ultimate self-knowledge, escaping the endless cycle of life and death.
