Verse 2.7
कार्पण्यदोषोपहतस्वभावः पृच्छामि त्वां धर्मसंमूढचेताः। यच्छ्रेयः स्यान्निश्िचतं ब्रूहि तन्मे शिष्यस्तेऽहं शाधि मां त्वां प्रपन्नम्।।2.7।।
kārpaṇya-doṣhopahata-svabhāvaḥ pṛichchhāmi tvāṁ dharma-sammūḍha-chetāḥ yach-chhreyaḥ syānniśhchitaṁ brūhi tanme śhiṣhyaste ’haṁ śhādhi māṁ tvāṁ prapannam
Meaning
My heart's all messed up, major pity vibes. My mind's totally confused about what I gotta do. I'm asking you, Krishna: Spill the tea on what's best for me. I'm your disciple, so teach me, I'm all in.
Commentary
No cap, Arjuna's whole vibe is messed up by his pity. He's low-key asking Krishna for the tea on what's the right move. Basically, he's like, 'Yo Krishna, I'm your disciple, so hit me with the truth.'
