Verse 2.27

जातस्य हि ध्रुवो मृत्युर्ध्रुवं जन्म मृतस्य च। तस्मादपरिहार्येऽर्थे न त्वं शोचितुमर्हसि।।2.27।।

jātasya hi dhruvo mṛityur dhruvaṁ janma mṛitasya cha tasmād aparihārye ’rthe na tvaṁ śhochitum arhasi

Meaning

Dude, birth is a total given, and death is, like, a guaranteed thing. So, don't be all emo about it, it's gonna happen no matter what.

Commentary

Yo, it's a total fact that everyone gets born, and everyone dies. It's, like, the ultimate no-escape situation. So, chill out, and don't sweat the inevitable.
