Commentary
Okay, so like, solitude is actually fire. The vibes are immaculate, and you don't even gotta try to meditate; it just *happens*. All those OG saints and sages? They were hermiting for years. Riverbank, cave, beach, jungle—doesn't matter, just vibe. Even a month-long solo trip is a total game-changer. Ditch the city, hit up Rishikesh or some other spiritual spot, and do your thing. Trust, the peace is next level. And food? Keep it light. Stuffing your face makes you sluggish, and that's a major meditation buzzkill. Eat to live, not the other way around. Silence is golden. Try a week-long mute challenge, or even just a couple of hours a day. Control your body, be chill, and meditate on whatever deity you're into. Start small, like 15 minutes, and work your way up. If you're fully committed, go all in. If not, write mantras or sing along to bops. Read some spiritual stuff, too. Only the pros can meditate for hours. Watch your mind, and let go of attachments. If you're not focused, your energy leaks, and meditation goes out the window. Dispassion is about not being obsessed with stuff, now or later. It's a constant state of mind. For a serious spiritual cleanse, do a 40-day challenge: milk, fruit, one meal a day, floor sleeping, celibacy, and silence. Find a sacred spot, and repeat your mantra like, a million times. It's a whole thing.
