Verse 18.36

सुखं त्विदानीं त्रिविधं श्रृणु मे भरतर्षभ।अभ्यासाद्रमते यत्र दुःखान्तं च निगच्छति।।18.36।।

sukhaṁ tv idānīṁ tri-vidhaṁ śhṛiṇu me bharatarṣhabha abhyāsād ramate yatra duḥkhāntaṁ cha nigachchhati yat tad agre viṣham iva pariṇāme ‘mṛitopamam tat sukhaṁ sāttvikaṁ proktam ātma-buddhi-prasāda-jam

Meaning

Yo, Arjuna, listen up! I'm 'bout to drop some knowledge on this three-part pleasure thing that's gonna, like, totally end your pain.

Commentary

Okay, so like, this pleasure thing? It's totally about the Self, and it's, like, the only way to, like, totally escape the pain. It's got three parts, and I'm 'bout to break 'em down for you, Arjuna.
