Verse 18.28

अयुक्तः प्राकृतः स्तब्धः शठो नैष्कृतिकोऽलसः।विषादी दीर्घसूत्री च कर्ता तामस उच्यते।।18.28।।

ayuktaḥ prākṛitaḥ stabdhaḥ śhaṭho naiṣhkṛitiko ‘lasaḥ viṣhādī dīrgha-sūtrī cha kartā tāmasa uchyate

Meaning

This dude's a total mess. He's unstable, trashy, inflexible, fake, malicious, lazy, depressed, and always procrastinating. That's what we call a total 'tamasic' energy.

Commentary

Bro, this dude's totally uncultured and childish. He can't tell right from wrong, he's all about himself, and ain't ever bowing down to anyone. He's a straight-up cheater, always stirring up drama, and super lazy. Like, seriously, he'll put off everything, even if it's important. He's only focused on doing bad stuff.
