Commentary
Bro, so like, Rajasic people are all about that bitter, sour, salty, super spicy, pungent, dry, and straight-up burning food. It's, like, their jam. But it's also a total vibe kill, causing pain, sadness, and major health issues. Think excessive amounts of everything – extra salty, extra spicy, you get the picture. This type of food messes with your head, causing anxiety, bad thoughts, and endless cravings. It's a vicious cycle. They're always trying to find the next food flex, overloading on salt, chili, mustard, and all that crazy stuff. Tears streaming, nose running, but they can't stop. Their stomachs are stuffed, their tongues are on fire, but they're still not satisfied. Think ladyfingers, puri, kachoris, spicy pickles, meat, fish, eggs, sweets, fries, curd, brinjal, carrots, black gram, onions, garlic, lemon, masoor, tea, coffee, betel, tobacco—all that Rajasic fuel. It's a whole mood.
