Commentary

Bro, so like, pure food is, like, totally fire. It gives you, like, major life force and strength, you know? It boosts your brainpower too. Sattva? That's like, your inner chill, moral compass, and spiritual glow-up. It keeps you steady even when things get cray-cray. Bala? That's straight-up strength, no fatigue even when you're crushing it. Priti? It's like, no gag reflex, and a total appetite. Rasyah? Sweet and juicy AF. Sthirah? It's like, substantial, keeps you going, but isn't a total gut bomb. Hridyah? Just looking at it makes you happy, no burnt or smoky vibes. Sattvic food is all about that good mood, clarity, and zen. It helps you, like, *deeply* meditate and stay balanced. It's the ultimate energy boost for your body and mind. It's super easy to digest. Sattvic peeps are all about juicy food and stuff that looks good, feels soft, and tastes amazing. Small portions, major nutrients, like, a guru's wisdom. It's, like, the ultimate health hack. Eat food that boosts your Sattva. Milk, butter, fresh fruit, almonds, green lentils, barley, those veggies...they're all good. Ditch the fish, meat, and eggs if you wanna level up your Sattva and achieve self-realization. Your mind is made from the food you eat. It's like, "what you eat is what you think." If you eat Sattvic food, your mind will be chill. Your body's seven elements are made from food. Your thoughts match those elements. It's like, if you put a pot of water on the fire, it gets hot. Your mind is like that pot, and the food is the fire.
