Commentary
Okay, so like, chill vibes, being a good person, having self-control, and being, like, genuinely pure of heart? That's what they call mental self-discipline. It's like, a super still lake, no ripples, right? Your mind's the same—no crazy thoughts running around. Being all about good vibes for everyone, radiating that glow-up energy? That's the good-heartedness part. Silence? Yeah, that's about controlling your thoughts first, then your words. It's like, that monk mode, laser focus. Self-control? Total mind control, no distractions. Purity of nature? It's about being real, no cap, no shady stuff, just pure intentions. No lust, anger, greed—that whole toxic mess.
