Meaning

I'm Vaisvanara, the fire in your gut, and I'm chilling in every living thing. With my prana and apana crew, I'm, like, *totally* digesting all four food groups.

Commentary

Okay, so like, this verse is all about how the Lord is, like, *totally* inside all living things as, like, the ultimate digestive fire. Vaisvanara? That's the fire in your stomach, fam. It's fueled by your breath—in and out, all day—and it shreds all the food you eat. It's a total mind-blowing stomach lab! Four types of food? Yeah, there's stuff you chew, stuff you suck on, stuff you lick, and stuff you just, like, gulp down. Or, think of it like this: rice is solid food, water is for birds, fire is for some creatures, and air is for snakes. This inner fire, Vaisvanara, is straight from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad. If you vibe with the idea that Vaisvanara is the eater and the moon is the food, you're, like, totally immune to bad food vibes. Meditate on this before you eat, and you'll be, like, *totally* cleansed of any bad food energy. Do it daily, fam!
