Meaning

The OG Lord said, "Yo, I'm dropping some major knowledge bombs on you, the ultimate knowledge, the GOAT. All the sages who got this knowledge? They're straight-up ascended, bruh."

Commentary

Bro, this chapter is a deep dive into the field, like, *way* deeper than before. Remember in chapter 13, verse 21, we talked about how being attached to stuff is what keeps you stuck in the cycle of life and death? Yeah, this chapter answers all the burning questions: What are these 'gunas' things? How do they mess with your head? What are their vibes? How do they work? How do you *escape* them? And what's the deal with being totally free? This knowledge isn't about the stuff from chapter 13, verses 7-10. That was about sacrifices, which won't actually free you. This knowledge? This is the real deal, the emancipation key. The Lord is, like, *super* hyped about this knowledge, calling it the GOAT, to get Arjuna and everyone else totally stoked. Once you learn this, it's game over for the body-prison. All the wise peeps who got it, they're totally free, no more reincarnation drama. 'Itah'? Yeah, that's like, after this life, after you're done with this whole mortal coil thing.
