Meaning
Yo, Arjuna, whatever's born, whether it's a total stiff or a total hypebeast, know this: it's all about the body and the Self, like, totally merging.
Commentary
Okay, so like, whatever is born, whether it's, like, totally still or vibing hard, you gotta know, Arjuna, it's all about the body and the Self, like, totally merging. The Self is, like, this ethereal vibe, no parts, you know? So it's not like a drum and a stick, or a rope and a bucket, bumping into each other. It's not like your head and neck, all connected. They aren't cause and effect. So how *do* they connect? It's all an illusion, a total mind-meld. You're mistaking one for the other, their vibes all mixed up, like a rope looking like a snake, or mother-of-pearl looking like silver. It's all about not knowing the real deal. The Self's vibes get put onto the body, and vice versa. You think the body is sentient, when it's not. You think the Self is doing stuff, when it's chillin'. But once you get enlightened, that illusion is gone. You separate the body from the Self, like, no cap. You realize the Brahman is your immortal Self, and the body is just a mirage, like a snake in a rope, or a dream. A woke dude who knows the Self doesn't get reborn, no way.
