Verse 13.25

ध्यानेनात्मनि पश्यन्ति केचिदात्मानमात्मना।अन्ये सांख्येन योगेन कर्मयोगेन चापरे।।13.25।।

dhyānenātmani paśhyanti kechid ātmānam ātmanā anye sānkhyena yogena karma-yogena chāpare

Meaning

Some peeps find their inner self through, like, straight-up meditation, others through knowledge yoga, and others through action yoga.

Commentary

Okay, so like, there are, like, a bunch of different ways to, like, totally reach self-knowledge, you know? It depends on your vibe and what you're about. First, there's this whole meditation thing, like, super chill, focusing on the self, you know? It's like, a total flow state, your mind is, like, totally purified. Then there's this other thing, Sankhya Yoga, which is all about knowledge. You, like, analyze everything, separate yourself from all the drama, and realize you're this, like, total witness, you know? And then there's Karma Yoga, where you just, like, do your thing and let go of the results. It's all about purifying your mind, which leads to self-knowledge. Like, the Sankhya Yoga peeps are, like, the OG spiritual masters, the meditation people are, like, mid-level, and the Karma Yoga people are, like, the newbies. But, like, everyone can level up with enough practice.
