Verse 13.14

सर्वतः पाणिपादं तत्सर्वतोऽक्षिशिरोमुखम्।सर्वतः श्रुतिमल्लोके सर्वमावृत्य तिष्ठति।।13.14।।

sarvataḥ pāṇi-pādaṁ tat sarvato ’kṣhi-śhiro-mukham sarvataḥ śhrutimal loke sarvam āvṛitya tiṣhṭhati

Meaning

Brahman's got hands and feet, eyes, heads, and mouths everywhere. It's got ears everywhere, and it's totally enveloping everything in the universe.

Okay, so like, the Brahman, the ultimate reality, is *everywhere*. It's not some void or nothing; it's totally vibing in the universe. It's like, the Brahman is the magnet, and our stuff is the iron filings – we only seem conscious because of the Brahman's presence.
