Verse 12.17

यो न हृष्यति न द्वेष्टि न शोचति न काङ्क्षति।शुभाशुभपरित्यागी भक्ितमान्यः स मे प्रियः।।12.17।।

yo na hṛiṣhyati na dveṣhṭi na śhochati na kāṅkṣhati śhubhāśhubha-parityāgī bhaktimān yaḥ sa me priyaḥ

Meaning

No cap, the person who's, like, totally unbothered by good or bad vibes, doesn't stress about anything, and is all about that spiritual life? Yeah, that's my main man.

Commentary

Okay, so like, this verse is all about that chill vibe from verse 13, but way more in depth. It's about not getting all hyped when good stuff happens, and not being a total downer when bad stuff goes down. It's about not stressing over losing your fave things, and not being obsessed with getting what you want. 'Subhasubhaparityagi'? That's like, the ultimate level of not caring about good or bad actions, which is what verse 16 was hinting at.
