Verse 11.53

नाहं वेदैर्न तपसा न दानेन न चेज्यया। शक्य एवंविधो द्रष्टुं दृष्टवानसि मां यथा।।11.53।।

nāhaṁ vedair na tapasā na dānena na chejyayā śhakya evaṁ-vidho draṣhṭuṁ dṛiṣhṭavān asi māṁ yathā

Meaning

No way, bruh. You can't see me like that—this form you saw—by reading the Vedas, doing some crazy austerities, dropping some major charity, or throwing some epic sacrifices.

No cap, you ain't gonna see this cosmic form I showed you just by reading the Vedas, doing some crazy austerities, dropping some major charity, or throwing some epic sacrifices. Arjuna, you got mad lucky seeing that. Wanna see the Lord? It's all about that true devotion, fam. (See 11.48)
