Verse 11.48

न वेदयज्ञाध्ययनैर्न दानै र्न च क्रियाभिर्न तपोभिरुग्रैः। एवंरूपः शक्य अहं नृलोके द्रष्टुं त्वदन्येन कुरुप्रवीर।।11.48।।

na veda-yajñādhyayanair na dānair na cha kriyābhir na tapobhir ugraiḥ evaṁ-rūpaḥ śhakya ahaṁ nṛi-loke draṣhṭuṁ tvad anyena kuru-pravīra

Meaning

No amount of, like, studying the Vedas, doing charity, performing rituals, or even hardcore fasting is gonna let anyone else see me in this form, except you, Arjuna. You're the GOAT, for real.

Commentary

No cap, you can't just, like, totally memorize the Vedas and think you're good. You gotta actually *get* it, fam. Sacrifices? Yeah, you gotta know the tea on those too. And charity? Think big, like, a *Tula Purusha* (that's a whole lotta gold, bro), or maybe gifting your daughter for marriage, a cow, rice... you know, the whole shebang. Rituals? We talkin' *Agnihotra* level stuff. And austerities? Think *Chandrayana Vrata*. It's this crazy diet thing where you eat less and less until the new moon, then more and more until the full moon. It's supposed to, like, totally cleanse your soul and erase all your bad karma.
