Verse 10.8

अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते। इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः।।10.8।।

ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaṁ pravartate iti matvā bhajante māṁ budhā bhāva-samanvitāḥ

Meaning

I'm the OG source, everything's vibing off me. Get it? Smart peeps who meditate, they worship me.

Commentary

Okay, so like, everything comes from the Lord, right? It's like, waves and the ocean – the ocean's the only thing holding the waves up. Same with the world and the Lord. Smart people get this, feel the Lord's vibes everywhere, and worship Him. It's not about location or time; He's the ultimate cause of everything. He's the OG, the source code. He's the big boss who makes everything happen. Regular people only see the surface stuff, the fleeting trends, and get all caught up in it. They're obsessed with relationships and stuff, and when things don't go their way, they're totally bummed. But wise people? They're chill. They're connected to the source, to the eternal, and they're vibing with that ultimate bliss. They're all about that inner peace, no matter what's happening around them. They're totally in tune with the universe, meditating hard, and experiencing that ultimate high. Vasudeva is the ultimate source, the one who creates, destroys, and makes everything happen. Smart people get this and worship the ultimate being, meditating hard on the absolute truth.
