अहिंसा समता तुष्टिस्तपो दानं यशोऽयशः। भवन्ति भावा भूतानां मत्त एव पृथग्विधाः।।10.5।।

ahiṁsā samatā tuṣṭis tapo dānaṁ yaśo 'yaśaḥ bhavanti bhāvā bhūtānāṁ matta eva pṛthag-vidhāḥ

Meaning

No cap, all this—being chill, content, disciplined, generous, getting clout or hate—it all comes from me.

Commentary

No cap, ahimsa is like, not being a jerk to any living thing—in your head, out loud, and in your actions. Samata is that chill vibe where you're not all up in arms about getting good stuff or bad stuff. It's about not freaking out over the good or being bummed about the bad. Tushtih? That's being content, straight-up satisfied with what you got, no matter what. It's like, you're good with your current situation, no greed, total peace of mind. Tapas? That's self-discipline, like fasting and cutting back on food to level up your mind and body. Danam is all about giving back—sharing what you have with others, especially those who can't pay you back. Yasas is the clout you get from doing good, and Ayasas is the opposite—the hate you get from doing bad. All these vibes come from me, the ultimate GOAT.
