Verse 1.35

एतान्न हन्तुमिच्छामि घ्नतोऽपि मधुसूदन। अपि त्रैलोक्यराज्यस्य हेतोः किं नु महीकृते।।1.35।।

etān na hantum ichchhāmi ghnato ’pi madhusūdana api trailokya-rājyasya hetoḥ kiṁ nu mahī-kṛite

Meaning

I'm not tryna yeet these dudes, Krishna, even if they tryna yeet me first, for the sake of ruling everything. Forget about killing them for just this planet.

Commentary

No cap, like, I ain't tryna spill the tea on these peeps, even tho they tryna end me. It's not about ruling the whole dang universe, or even just this planet. It's not worth it.
