धृतराष्ट्र उवाच धर्मक्षेत्रे कुरुक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः। मामकाः पाण्डवाश्चैव किमकुर्वत सञ्जय।।1.1।।

dhṛitarāśhtra uvācha dharma-kṣhetre kuru-kṣhetre samavetā yuyutsavaḥ māmakāḥ pāṇḍavāśhchaiva kimakurvata sañjaya

Meaning

Dhritarashtra was all, 'Yo Sanjaya, what was the lowdown with my crew and the Pandavas when they all met up, hyped for a straight-up battle at Kurukshetra?'

Commentary

Dharmakshetra? It's like, the place where it's all about keeping things real, you know? Kurukshetra? Yeah, that's where the Kurus were at. Sanjaya's this totally unbiased dude, no cap.
